Edits and alterations are unlimited and free during sketch phase. During lineart/colors phases, edits are limited to THREE.⋆✴︎˚｡ COMMUNICATION ⋆
Communication can be done through my bluesky, twitter, toyhouse, or via my discord @LilaDrake⋆✴︎˚｡ USE ⋆
The commissioner does not hold the right to use the image they receive for any blockchain or AI related ventures.
Illustrations for streaming will incur additional fees to a maximum of 50% of the original price.
Commercial use will incur additional fees, to a maximum of twice the original price.
Profit cannot be made by reselling commissioned art unless commercial use is bought.⋆✴︎˚｡ NOTICE: ⋆
I reserve the right to cancel your commission and refuse service if you break any of the above rules or make me uncomfortable with your demands.
You are not allowed to edit, trace or modify my art unless you request to and are approved by me.
You are not allowed to make commercial merchandise of my art unless commercial rights are purchased.
You are not allowed to claim/credit my art as your own.
Please credit me where you can as @Strawbie - ideally, link one of my socials or my Caard!
Personal merch for yourself (and not to sell) is ok!
By commissioning with commercial rights, you state that you have all the rights to the characters you ask me to draw.
